During his visit to Pakistan, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi issued a stern warning to Israel, emphasizing that any attack on Iranian territory would result in a significant shift in dynamics.
Raisi stated, “If the Zionist regime were to repeat its past mistakes, the consequences would be different.”
He also highlighted Iran’s retaliatory attack on Israel on April 13, which he described as a response to the Zionist regime’s assault on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, a violation of international laws.
Raisi emphasized the solidarity between the people of Iran and Pakistan in supporting the oppressed Palestinian nation. He affirmed that Islamic Iran would continue to defend the resistance and the oppressed Palestinian people with pride.
Raisi further criticized the United States and Western nations, labeling them as the biggest violators of human rights due to their support for the Zionist regime’s actions, including the killing of innocent children and perpetration of genocide.
He expressed his belief that the liberation of Quds (Jerusalem) is a paramount concern for all of humanity, and that the resistance of the people of Gaza would ultimately lead to the liberation of the Holy Quds and Palestine.
In response to Pakistan’s potential business deals with Iran, the United States issued a warning regarding the potential risk of sanctions.
The US State Department Principal Deputy Spokesperson, Vedant Patel, stated that the US would continue to disrupt and take action against proliferation networks and activities related to the procurement of weapons of mass destruction.
While advising caution to those considering business deals with Iran, Patel acknowledged that the government of Pakistan has the autonomy to determine its own foreign policy pursuits.
